To have this kind of effectiveness, Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat needs a positive attitude and foundation creation by the custodians of the ministry of science more than before. In this regard, increasing the human resource productivity, improving the use of empathy, and enhancing the abilities of the staff are among the most important issues. In another part of his speech, Boghrati stated: one of the main concerns of the faculty members of this university is the ever-lasting growth and development of the university in terms of quantity of education and research.

In addition, Mohammad Mahdi Khosravi, who attended the meeting as the representative of student association of the university, appreciated the efforts made by the authorities of the university in developmental and cultural areas and explained about the guild problems of the university. According to Khosravi, some of the major problems of the university include the lack of an organizational chart and strategic document, lack of covering some of the specialized courses, shortage in the faculty members and human resource of the university, lack of a free clinic for emergency cases, lack of an amphitheater, no private sector investment due to the lack of economic justification for student dormitories and lack of suitable dormitories for male students, and lack of a proper space for activities of student associations and communities.

Moreover, Mr. Khodaparast, the representative of university personnel, described some of the issues and problems of the university, including concerns regarding the approval of the strategic document, lack of an organizational charge and changing the employment situation of organizational forces of the university.

Mohammad Ali Khaleghi, the representative of supporters of the Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat, pointed out that the foundation of any city is a university, which was proven by donation of 10 hectares of lands to the university by donors of the city. Mr. Karimi, the governor of Qaenat, was another lecturer in this event, who emphasized: the best and most productive investment in each country is an investment in improving the quality of education. Today, the most important indicators of development in any country are knowledge and ignorance. We need to move toward the empowerment of human resources, which is the best and most profitable index in the country.

Farhad Felahati, the representative of people of Qaenat and Zirkooh in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, affirmed: it is expected that an equal approach be taken toward all universities by the ministry of science.
