Call for the Third Student Exhibition

The headquarter for holding the third exhibition of Iran in the town of Qaenat has aimed to hold a special student exhibition for all students of the university and higher education centres of Qaenat town and South Khorasan Province in line with the goals presented below. Therefore, enthusiasts of this area are encouraged to accurately review the regulations and announce their preparedness for participation in this program:

Goals:

1. Increasing the participation of students in cultural programs

2. Strengthening the teamwork spirit in students

3. Creating a healthy and memorable competition for emergence and maximum showcasing of creativities and abilities of students in cultural and economic fields

4. Introducing the potential of students in the universities and higher education centres of Qaenat to the people of the town and region

5. Introducing the customs, handicrafts, souvenirs, traditional clothes, and cultural heritage of various Iranian ethnicities

6. Taking a small step toward the realization of economy of resistance by students

Other information about the exhibition

1. The top booth will be awarded a cash price of 2.500.000 IRR.

2. Providing financial aids for transfer of clothes, handicrafts and local souvenirs from place of residence of the Qaenat town with the limit of 500.000 IRR for each booth, if the transfer is carried out by the post office of the country and official and valid receipts of the company for the student and cultural deputy of Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat.

3. A total of 150.00 IRR will be received from each group as a registration deposit, which will be returned at the end of the event if the teams attend the exhibition exactly based on the regulations.

4. Advertisement for the exhibition will be carried out in Qaenat town and the exhibition will be open to the public and academics.

5. Evaluation of teams will be carried out based on the criteria announced on the assessment form.

6. All booths have an equal physical space and will be created using exhibition structures or scaffolds with the size of 3*4 meters and the entrance of four meters and structure height of two meters. Any change in the size of booths will be certainly announced through the telegram channel of the exhibition.

7. Registration deadline is March 5^th, 2016.

8. Registration could be carried out in-person by referring to the cultural and student administrations of universities and higher education institutes of Qaenat town or online by referring to the address of http://contest.buqaen.ac.ir/.

9. The exhibition will be held April 15, 2018.

10. Any change in the regulations, assessment criteria and holding date of the event will be announced through the telegram channel of the exhibition with the address of https://t.me/iran_in_bozorgmehr.
