Holding A Specialized Tour on Agricultural Tourism (with an emphasis on barberry and saffron)
On October 26th, 2017, an educational workshop on agricultural tourism was held in Bozorgmehr University of Ghaenat with an emphasis on barberry and saffron.
In this workshop, students learned about national and international experiences related to agricultural tourism and evaluated the capacities of their region and town. After that and in the form of a practical sample of agricultural tourism, students visited the barberry gardens in Esfeshad village and learned about the important products of the region and relevant marketing techniques. At the end, students visited the industrial town of Ghaen, as well as the processing and packaging factories of barberry and saffron. This specialized tour was held by the efforts of the cultural and social management and office of entrepreneurship and association of industry with Bozorgmehr University of Ghaenat.
