Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat and South Khorasan Science and Technology Park, in order to create a joint growth center signed a memorandum of cooperation at Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat. 
According to the report of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department in Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat , On Wednesday morning , 2023   September  27   , Dr. Seyed Ehsan Shakib, president of Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat and Dr. Mohammad Hasan Majidi, the head of the South Khorasan Science and Technology Park, to create a joint growth center in the university, under the title of "the growth center of technology units of Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat", They signed a memorandum of understanding at the Science and Technology Park.

This memorandum of understanding is intended to support the creation and development of small and medium-sized businesses as well as knowledge-based and creative companies in order to provide support services for the creation and development of technology and innovation by entrepreneurs and innovators who work in the form of technology units in the different fields and have economic goals based on knowledge and technology were concluded by the parties. based on that, after the start of the activities of the mentioned growth center, South Khorasan Science and Technology Park in accordance with its rules will provide material and spiritual support to, all technology units were created by academic faculty members and students at Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat and other university communities in Qaenat city .
