Conducting an online sales training course by DigiKala team

An online sales training workshop for small businesses and home business producers was held by the Digikala team at Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat.

According to the report of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center of Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat, the online sales training course was held on 2023 October 18 , Wednesday and 2023   October  19   , Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the shared workspace of this center, with the participation of 52 business owners, and The presentation of the DigiKala team, Afshin Khaki(Digikala Local Entrepreneurship project manager)Neda  Abdallahi (relationship with key customers supervisor at Digikala) and Baran Rezaei (responsible for relationships with vendors and sellers) was held.

In this course, which was organized with the efforts of Sepehr Cultural Development and Empowerment Foundation, Digikala and the participation of Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat. the participants first got acquainted with the following concepts and then practiced them in a practical way:

-What is an online market and why should we sell online?

-Minimum online sales

-Product pricing

-Product photography techniques for online sales

-Creating content online

-What products sell more and are more successful?

-How to become a seller in DigiKala?

-Registration training and how to sell in DigiKala
