Publication of Two Research Articles by a Faculty Member of Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat's Civil Engineering Department in the prestigious international journal November 17, 2024.

The article titled “Hybrid soft computing-based predictive models for shear strength of exterior reinforced concrete beam-column joints” by Dr. Naser Safaeian Hamzeh Kalai, faculty member of the Civil Engineering Department, was published in the prestigious international journal *Multiscale and Multidisciplinary Modeling Experiments and Design* (JCR-Q2, Impact Factor: 1.9).

His second article, titled “Predictive Model of Bond Strength in Reinforced Concrete Structures: A Hybrid Metaheuristic-Optimized Neural Network Approach”, was published in the `International Journal of Engineering (IJE)` (JCR-Q2, Impact Factor: 1.5).

The purpose of these articles is to improve the accuracy and reliability of predicting the shear strength of exterior reinforced concrete beam-column joints, and to offer a precise estimate of the bond strength between concrete and deformed rebars for the structural stability of reinforced concrete buildings, especially in critical areas exposed to heavy loads and environmental stress.
