The Department of Physical education at Bozorgmehr university of Qaenat earned the title of the country`s top university in the realm of sports facilities and venues in 2022

According to the university’s public relations office, the 53rd Meeting of Physical Education Directors from Universities and Higher Education Institutions across the country was hosted by Shahid Beheshti University. 

The event took place on the morning of Monday, March 4, 2024, with the presence of Dr. Hashem Dadashpour, Deputy Minister of Science, Research and Technology and Head of the Student Affairs Organization; Dr. Mahmoud Aghamiri, President of Shahid Beheshti University; Dr. Ardavan Arzhang, Deputy for Domestic Student Affairs; and Dr. Ebrahim Alidoust, Director General of Physical Education at the Student Affairs Organization, along with physical education directors from universities nationwide.

During the ceremony, based on evaluations conducted by the General Directorate of Physical Education at the Student Affairs Organization, the outstanding performance of the Physical Education Department at Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat in developing sports facilities and venues was formally recognized. The university was awarded top ranking among institutions nationwide in this domain. 

Dr. Hashem Dadashpour, Deputy Minister and Head of the Student Affairs Organization, expressed his appreciation for the efforts of Engineer Yaghoubi, Head of the Physical Education Department at Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat, through an official letter of gratitude.
