Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat Appointed as the Official Agent of the Secretariat for the “Nan System of Thoughts and Ideas”

The "System of Ideas and Needs" (NAN) has been established as a practical strategy for the operationalization of knowledge, research projects, and academic dissertations (Master’s theses and PhD dissertations). It aims to monitor and process national needs, engage experts from various disciplines in addressing the country's challenges, utilize the extensive capacities across all sectors, and complete the chain from idea to innovation and commercialization of research achievements and inventions. 

Moreover, NAN serves as a unified gateway for the National System of Science, Research, and Innovation, intended to integrate similar platforms nationwide. 

This system is structured, dynamic, active, and online, enabling interaction and collaboration between 'Requirements Analyst' and 'Idea Generators' toward the realization of defined objectives.

In this regard, it is hereby announced that Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat, through the efforts made by the University’s Office of Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Industry Relations under the leadership of Dr. Hossein Gholamali Nejad, has successfully obtained an official license to serve as an agent for this system. 

Following this achievement, the university will be responsible for undertaking the following duties within the framework of the NAN System:

- Reviewing, completing, and registering submitted ideas and needs 

- Categorizing, conducting preliminary evaluations, and final registration of ideas and needs 

- Identifying needs and preparing formal request proposals 

- Deconstructing needs when necessary 

- Establishing connections between ideas and corresponding needs 

- Screening and final evaluation of ideas related to a specific need, and selecting suitable ones 

- Selecting qualified reviewers to assess ideas and needs 

- Facilitating initial negotiations between Requirements Analyst and idea generators 

- Drafting and signing cooperation agreements between both parties 

- Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of cooperation agreements 

- Documenting and submitting final reports 

- Participating in events related to the NAN initiative.
