Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat has received official approval to launch a Bachelor's program in Energy Engineering September 2, 2024

The Bachelor's program in Energy Engineering at Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat has been officially approved by the Council for the Expansion of Higher Education.

According to the university’s public relations office, the program was launched through the support and efforts of Salman Es-haqi, representative of the honorable people of Qaenat County in the Islamic Consultative Assembly. The program has been listed in this year’s university entrance selection guide, and student admissions will begin in the upcoming fall semester.

Energy Engineering, a multidisciplinary field combining Electrical, Chemical, and Mechanical Engineering, is considered one of the emerging academic programs in Iran. Graduates of this field can work in government or private organizations depending on their skills and expertise.

Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat launched its Master's program in Energy Engineering in 2021, and with the introduction of the Bachelor's program this year, has completed the academic pathway in this discipline. Equipped with appropriate facilities, infrastructure, and qualified faculty members, the university aims to train proficient graduates to contribute significantly to meeting the workforce and specialized needs in the energy sector both at the provincial and national levels.
