The five-sided memorandum of understanding was concluded between Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat, Hakim Sabzevari university, Sabzevar Municipality, Qaen Municipality and the Urban regeneration Secretariat of Region 5. the parties signed a memorandum of understanding in order to optimal use of facilities for achieving common goals and developing cooperation in the field of educational, research and technical activities. By Announcing this news, Dr. Mehdi Moodudi, vice president of education and research of the university, added: This memorandum of understanding has been concluded after a joint meeting that was held at Bozorgmehr University of Qaenat with the presence of Dr. Borzooyi, the head of urban regeneration Secretariat of Region 5, the director of industry and society relations at Hakim Sabzevari University and Dr. Gholampour, Mayor of Qaen. this gives the parties the opportunity to benefit from each other's facilities in the fields of educational, research, technical, consulting and workshops, implementation of research and executive projects, cooperation in creating study opportunities and postgraduate courses in the way that it provides the development of the f ield of urban regeneration and holding of scientific, executive and educational tours in the field of urban regeneration.
